The 10 GB applies to the Core Four Security Stack — the data volume we actively monitor across vulnerability management, SIEM, SOAR, and EDR. Other items like MFA setup, consultation, and Buckeye Brief access aren't bound by the cap.
Foundation is month-to-month and always free. Guardian engagements are scoped during the discovery process and we keep contracts simple — month-to-month or annual options. Bespoke is project-based with terms defined per engagement.
Yes. Most organizations start with Foundation, move to Guardian as they grow, and bring in Bespoke for specific projects (like a compliance audit). You can move up or down at any time.
Our mission is centered on Ohio, but we do take on out-of-state engagements case-by-case — especially for nonprofits with an Ohio connection or aligned mission.
